The Labor Management Council of Northeast Wisconsin offers regular programming in two key areas: Labor and Management Relations and School-to-Work Transition. Our Labor
Management Relations programs include our Annual Spring Conference, selected Workshops and
Training Seminars offered throughout the year, and our annual Golf Outing. All programs
are designed to bring together labor and management leaders to learn about and discuss key
issues in the workplace.
Our School-to-Work programs focus on
interaction between business, labor and education. Annually
we offer Collective Bargaining Workshops for high school students, Youth Career
Opportunity Day tours of area businesses, annual Guidance Counselor Tours of
Business/Industry and a Career Speakers Program.
In addition we sponsor, in
partnership with Viterbo University, an annual two or three graduate credit
School-to-Career Program: "Transitioning From School to Work"
for area teachers. |
